Living with Anxiety

This is the subject of a FREE online course that I have developed. It will run online for 6 weeks, starting May 4th, and all you have to do to take part is to email me and let me know a little about yourself. My personal struggles with anxiety have led me to this point in my life, and my goal is to stop others from suffering in silence. Help is available to you all, regardless of your situation or the depth of your issues. Anxiety can be triggered by many things and the world we are living in at the moment is certainly a big trigger for some. This pandemic, the uncertainty, the social distancing, the financial situation some of you are forced into, are all triggers for anxiety, and right now is the time to seek help and get it under control. As a life coach I can provide you with the tools and guide and support you through the process. It is often hard to tell whether anxiety is causing your lifestyle or your lifestyle is causing your anxiety. It is a vicious cycle and is not easy to break, but break it we must. I have personally experienced, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, loneliness, relationship issues, job dissatisfaction, and binge eating, some of which I still struggle with at times. Whatever issue you are dealing with, the solution will involve examining your current situation and questioning your current mindset and beliefs. It will take problem solving, planning and goal setting to progress forward and to make the changes to your life that you desire. As your coach I will work with you to help identify your challenges and break through all of the obstacles. I will work with you to uncover your core beliefs and to deconstruct any disempowering beliefs. The "You Know You Best" problem solving guide and "SMARTER" goal setting will have you on the right track in no time!

This free course will consist of worksheets, which will be emailed out once a week, and a one hour Zoom group session every week. If the thought of coming to a group session scares you, then let me know and we will discuss the options. Although it may make you feel uncomfortable, I can wholeheartedly state that it is a key ingredient to your success. Talking openly with likeminded people and fellow anxiety sufferers will open up your mind and broaden your perception of what anxiety is for you. Now is the time to tackle your anxiety head on and only you can do that. There is no cost involved in taking this course so you have no excuse not to choose what is best for you. Let's put an end to the constant worry, the feelings of dread, the negative self-talk, the self-sabotaging, and the chronic exhaustion that anxiety can cause. You only get one shot at life, but it is never too late to change things and create the future you want for yourself. If you dislike your job, you are in an unhappy relationship, you are lonely, or you are drowning in debt, please believe me when I say, "I know things can get better". Planning and goal setting are key for this, but will only be useful if correctly implemented and measurable. Assessing your currently situation and being able to measure your progress is the only true way to know that you are moving in the right direction. This progression causes a feeling of empowerment which in turn creates self-esteem, confidence and self-satisfaction. You will love those positive feelings and will gain a clearer and more decisive outlook on life.
